Make some time during your day to get outside or look outside, think about something positive about yourself, or something that happened. Just unplug from daily stress for a couple of minutes. It will do you some good! Also, first thing in the morning do not reach for your phone, but gentle stretches and give yourself a moment of peace before you get on the morning to train of business. We care about you and you should give yourself care as well. Be gently with yourself. There is only one you. See you in the library!
