OFFICER TRAINING: The Marana Police Department recently took part in a training with their rifles in low light rifle conditions as part of their yearly Annual Officers Training (AOT.) The officers trained in their very own indoor range located at the main station. This training helps officers practice in night time conditions as well as work on accuracy skills.
“The reason we press this training so much is we’re trying to put forward the best officers on the street with the highest professionalism for the safety of themselves and the public,” said Officer Robert Santos, Firearms Instructor.
