On Saturday, November 5, twenty of #maranaschools educators and parents from around the District attended the Southern Arizona Gifted Network’s Regional Gifted Parent-Teacher Institute.
Keynote speaker Emily Kircher-Morris spoke about perfectionism, executive functioning and emotional intensity. Michele Thelen, MUSD Gifted Coordinator, shared a variety of resources that are available for parents and teachers of gifted & talented learners.
