Please join us for a fun and interactive trial advocacy workshop featuring AUSA Mark Inciong. Mark currently represents the United States in complex federal narcotics investigations as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Narcotics/Organized Crime & Drug Enforcement Section for the District of Hawaii in Honolulu. He completed his JD at the University of Arizona College of Law in 1992 and spent several years as a Deputy County Attorney in Arizona. During this workshop, we will discuss, demonstrate, and invite volunteers to practice common trial advocacy techniques. While our focus will be on criminal law, the evidentiary issues we discuss will be applicable to other types of cases as well. This workshop is aimed at BA/MLS students and may be of particular interest to those pursuing Legal Paraprofessional licensure, but all students in the College of Law community are welcome to attend. The event will be held in room 146 and over zoom. Register here (in-person space is limited).
