Inviting all ages 6+ to Marana's first community BOXING program! With over 16 years of expertise in the sport, M-5 promises a thrilling, exciting, yet knowledgeable workout experience for our community!
Specializing in the technical and defensive aspects of boxing, our program uses high velocity weight training, cardio, and other boxing based workouts to ensure the greatest possible results for each student. Each workout is offered with full consent of the student, and does not have to include contact.
Our program ensures the physical and mental growth of each person, using their growing knowledge of self defense from boxing. Excelling one's sense of self esteem, self respect, and self confidence, as well as self empowerment. Our goal is to present our town with an unorthodox outlet for self growth in every sense.
Currently, we also assist students with diagnoses of ADHD, ADD, OCD, and Autism. Each thriving in their own way under the guidance of our program. M-5 Fight Club is gracious for the opportunity to work within the community, and hopes to see you soon!
