Location: Oro Valley Public Library
Description:
The Photographic Images of Club Camera Tucson
Club Camera Tucson is a community of approximately 100 photographers of all skill levels and interests who regularly meet to talk about photography, learn from and encourage one another, and improve their skills. The club meets twice a month offering a variety of programs, including friendly competitions, critiques, and guest speakers covering a wide variety of topics. Outside of regular club meetings, the club also hosts photographic field trips, and special interest groups in digital art, black & white photography, and sharing portfolios.
The photos in this exhibit represent the work of both new and experienced club members. We take pleasure in sharing our work, and hope that each piece will communicate a sense of the vision of the photographer, in a way that is unique and inspirational. Each photographer tends to develop his or her own characteristic vision and style, sometimes capturing the world as we see it, other times more abstractly, but always as photographic art.
Additional information about each piece on display is available at the library circulation desk, with the contact information for the photographer behind the work.
