Pima County residents should expect their 2020 property tax statements soon.
The Pima County Primary property tax rate decreased by $0.0776 for 2020-2021. The county debt service tax rate decreased by $0.1700. The Regional Flood Control District and County Library District tax rates remain unchanged. This amounts to a decrease of $0.2476 per $100 of net assessed value for Pima County's four taxing jurisdictions.
Taxpayers have the option of receiving their property tax statements electronically. To sign up for future electronic statements, note the eNoticesOnline authorization code on the 2020 tax statement and sign up on Pima County's Go Paperless website.
Property tax statements will be distributed in three phases. Coupon tax statements were mailed to nearly 250,000 who paid their property taxes directly on Sept. 10. Information tax statements were sent on Sept. 16 to property owners whose mortgage services pay their taxes. The remaining personal property tax statements will be mailed the following week.
