We recognize that now more than ever, we need engaged, informed, and experienced ambassadors to represent the Tucson and Southern Arizona community, and to be leaders who can be looked to in this post-COVID world. In contemplating the re-opening of businesses and working to rebuild our vital tourism and hospitality industry, we know customer service skills, positivity, and knowledge will be in high demand, and we know Visit Tucson’s Certified Tourism Ambassadors™ (CTAs) will be able to deliver.
Visit Tucson is offering a monthly online version of the internationally accredited CTA course. Now is a great time to get certified from the comfort of home and become a part of a larger community effort to recover economically from the impacts of this pandemic. Any restaurant employee, shop owner, or experience purveyor can benefit from this half day course. If you or your staff are customer facing, this certification is for you.
