Pima County Public Library recently issued the following announcement.
Event Name: Club Camera Tucson ~ Artwork on Display
Date: Monday, February 24, 2020
All Day
Oro Valley Public Library
Description
Club Camera Tucson is open to all who have an interest in photography, a desire to share their work, and to improve their photographic skills. The interests and talents of the members span the gamut from Fine Art landscapes, to nature and wildlife, and digital art abstracts.
Club Camera Tucson is a community of more than 100 photographers of all skill levels and interests. The club meets twice a month for a variety of programs with guest speakers, friendly competitions and critiques. The club also hosts numerous photographic field trips, as well as special interest groups for those interested in digital art, black & white photography, and sharing portfolios.
This exhibit represents the work of both new and experienced club members. We take joy in sharing our work, and hope that each piece will communicate a sense of the vision of the photographer that is unique and inspirational. Each photographer tends to develop his or her own unique vision and style, sometimes capturing the world as we see it, other times representing the world as art.
Information about each piece on display, and contact information for the photographer behind the work, is available at the library circulation desk.
