On Saturday, March 14, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, featuring former Marana High School standout Wes Ball, were defeated 99-66 by the Dallas Baptist Patriots in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

This first-round game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots began at 4 p.m. at Kenneth E. Burg Center.
