Former Canyon del Oro High School star Adrien Marquez contributed to his team’s 6-5 win as the Cameron Aggies defeated the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons in NCAA Division II baseball at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 14.
The matchup was hosted at Roden Field and marked the teams’ third meeting of the season. Earlier that Saturday, the Aggies fell 6-3 to the Falcons.
Marquez allowed three earned runs across six innings and finished with four strikeouts.
The Aggies will face the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons again on Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m. at Roden Field.
